The short version

Sell My Coach is an advertising marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers of coaches, buses and minibuses — we're not a party to the sale itself. Be honest in your adverts, deal fairly with each other, and we'll all get along.

Advertising with us

• Adverts are paid for up front and run for the period shown when you buy (standard: 90 days), with discounted renewals.
• Don't Travel Empty members advertise free as part of their membership.
• You must own the vehicle (or be authorised to sell it), and your advert must describe it accurately.
• We review listings and can remove any advert that's misleading, unlawful or abusive — with a refund where that's fair.
• One advert per vehicle: duplicate listings of the same registration are blocked.

Buying through the site

We don't inspect vehicles, hold money, or guarantee any sale. View the vehicle, check its history, and satisfy yourself before paying anyone. The contract of sale is between you and the seller.

Fair use

No scraping, no spam, no misusing other users' contact details (sellers: buyer details are for responding to that enquiry, not for marketing lists). We may suspend accounts that abuse the site or other users.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We provide the site "as is" and aren't liable for losses arising from sales between users, though nothing in these terms limits liability we can't lawfully exclude. If we update these terms we'll show the new version here with a fresh date.
